I know someone who’d love Lofty and would like to refer them. How do I start?
To start the referral process, please sign up for our referral program here. Once you’ve signed up, you can share your unique referral link via email, SMS, and social networks. Please note, in order to take part in our referral program, terms and conditions apply. You may view the terms of service of our referral program here. -
What is a successful referral?
In order for a referral to count, the person you have referred must not already have a Lofty account, they must be investing with Lofty for the first time, they must invest in at least one property token, and they must hold all of the tokens from their first investment with Lofty continuously for 90 days starting on the date of the investment. -
How do I know how many of my referrals have signed up?
Once you’ve signed up for our referral program, you will be able to see how many referrals have signed up by logging into our referral program homepage here. -
If one of my referral signs up, when and how do I get my reward?
Our team is automatically notified when a referral takes place and will promptly issue rewards for qualified referrals. Once our team approves your reward, you will receive an email from us notifying you with redemption details. -
My referral forgot to use my unique referral link to sign up. Is there a way I can still receive credit?
Please contact our team via in dashboard support chat to assist you, and please share with us the email address used by your friend to invest on Lofty.
Lofty Referral Program Terms of Service
- In order for a referral to count, the person you have referred must not already have a Lofty account, they must be investing with Lofty for the first time, they must invest in at least one property token, and they must hold all of the tokens from their first investment with Lofty continuously for 90 days starting on the date of the investment.
- Self-referrals are not allowed. Cheating will get you permanently banned from our referral program.
- We reserve the right to disqualify rewards earned through fraudulent, illegal, or abusive methods.
- We will only count referrals on links that are automatically tracked and reported by our system. We will not credit a referral if someone says they signed up or someone says they entered a referral code and it was not tracked by our system.
- We reserve the right to change the terms of service for our referral program at any time.
- You may not use our referral program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
- Referrers may not bid on keywords involving the Lofty brand name, including "Lofty", "Lofty AI", and "Lofty Real Estate". Doing so will get you permanently banned from our referral program.
